Could he have slipped and hit his oxygen tank which BLASTED him up to the summit? Or when you said no thermals were involved does that include that there were no warm air updrafts?
Bobcat: Not just a name, it's a privilege.
No, an explosion was not involved, no oxygen tank was damaged, no wind was involved, and no warm air was involved. (And warm air would be considered a thermal.)
a piece of the mountain came down, so that he was at the heighest point
A fact is a simple statement that everyone believes. It is innocent, unless found guilty. A hypothesis is a novel suggestion that no one wants to believe. It is guilty, until found effective. Edward Teller (1908 - 2003)

Most likely, but probably not active. However, the geologic type of mountain does not matter. Again, an explosion was not involved and no thermals were involved.
the rock on wich he was lying was lifted by an earthquake

No, gravity did not reverse. This is a real situation that has happened a number of times.
Although earthquakes can push land up, I don't think they can push 150 feet up in one push. (I think they can only push around 10 feet up in a single push.) In any case, there was no earthquake and there was no noticeable change to the mountain.
he wasted away and his bones were blown up by the wind

I'm not sure if you are supplying an answer or a question, or if you thought this was a riddle.
This is not a riddle. It describes a real situation. As an overview... A person slips from a mountain. He goes up 150 feet. The question is "How could this be?"
