I'm Leaving For A While

I hate to leave so soon, but unfortunately, I leave for Fort Jackson, SC on thursday. Everyone here as been so kind and welcoming. I'll be gone for almost six months before I can rejoin the ZT world again. But I'll make sure to have my fiancee leave updates for me while I'm gone. I encourage everyone to read my story "Story of a Solider" and give me feed back. I'll also send her stories for her to post here so that it will at least continue. It will be erratic when you hear from me, but you will. Thanks again!

Real life is always more important than a game, and even more important than the friendships at a forum. Good luck in your endeavors! There will still be a Zoo Tycoon community for some time. So feel free to stop by again when you have a chance.

you're right it is important, but I hold friendships made in high regard, higher than I hold anything else, even my own life. It's not about ZT or forums, these are created and maintained by the people. These people take time out of their days to just visit and give encouragement to the people that they have come to know. ZT is a tool, nothing more. But the work that one can do with a tool can create the most amazing and heartwarming works that anyone has ever laid eyes on. To everyone in the ZT community, keep a strong hold on the friends and friendships that you have made, such things will sustain you when all else fails. Take it from someone who knows. I wish you all well and good health.
