The Blue Shark, Vampire Bat, and Ground Parrot (as well as various Macaws, Dove, and Vulture) can be found in the downloads here. I believe a Man' O' War can be found in one of the under the sea packs here. (Someone was also working on a Beaver here, with a preliminary version in testing. I hope work continues on it because I liked it enough to make a detailed description for it.)
If you go to the Download Directory at http://zooadmin.org/, you can also find the Missisippi Alligator, Galapagos Tortoise, Python, Musk Ox, Beaver, Cassowary, Doedicurus, and Chalicotherium.
I don't know if any of the above are detailed or realistic enough for you.
