Dream is referring to a request she made at the previous site for Matthew, apparently a raven in Sandman Books/Comics.

Dream, it might be easier if you make requests using simpler sentences, such as:

I would like Matthew, a raven from... It likes... Good terrain might be...

Since creators have busy lives, they may skip things with too much words that have nothing to do with the creation. Also remember, there are many requests for different things. Since creators have busy lives, they are only going to select requests that interest them in some way as well.
