I was wondering if anyone finished and posted an actual ZOOKEEPERS LOUNGE?

also is there a Zoo ADMINistration building?

or a Zoo TEKnical center?

No, a Zookeeper's Lounge has not been created for ZT yet. I still think it is a fantastic idea, though. I also like your other suggestions.

If any ZT graphics designers from any site are willing to tackle any of them, I am willing to help with the configuring and dll work.

I actually think that's a great idea *kicks self for not thinking of it first*. I will approach our wonderful designers with the idea and get their thoughts.
