No, there isn't a money cheat or anything in ZT2. Only in ZT1. There are no cheats in ZT2 and think I read somewhere that they weren't planning on including any at this point in time.

There are several hacks to be found at Zt Empire including freefrom unlocks and a money in sandbox mode hack. I do not know how well these work though as I do not play ZT2 much. They also have completed scenarios if you are stuck.

you dont need money in freeform. it is unlimited

And in challenge mode you can still reset the starting cash amount up to several million if you wish. click on the up arrow AND hold down the CTRL key and it will go up FAST!
