That's pretty neat. The graphics are sweet! It looks really cool, and I'd most likely buy it. Can't wait for it to come out. Thanks for the screenies, DJ! ;)

3D graphics are new for simulation and RTS games (like AoM and Operation Genisis). Since ZT2 is a new simulation of our game (hopefuly not lacking DD or MM animals), it will open up new possiblitys for Desginers. And this might make it able for some conversions from other games (like the Rideable Acklay from Jedi Academy and Tank Statues from MoH).

one thing i think is really cool is that it looks like there will be actual buildings instead of the little shelters i mean what zoo only has little shacks for the animals real zoos have big buildings that give animals room to be inside and connect to many different exhibits

for the sims people are able to make skins! and even edit them!
so you have ant people etc.
maybe it is possible with zt 2 too!
THEN I WILL MAKE HUMMING BIIIIIIIIIIIIIIRDS OF THE APOCALYPSE!

certainly hope that we will not have to buy 2 expansions again just to get MM & DD animals

the first release of ZT2 will have 30 animals!

we know of elephants and hippos and tigers and gorillas from screenshots...
+26 more! guesses?

also, it looks like from the scale of the animals that much smallers creaters wull be easier to make (no more 3 pixel warthog babies! )
so we could get a :cosmo:! :D

woooooohooooooo! maybe I'll get my own exhibit! :P

Well, that probably explains why they've been running that poll at the offical site about what your favorite original animal is. Which is why I voted frequently.

I'm going to go out on limb here and say that I bet they'll have Lions. ;)

I do think it's cool that we should be able to have smaller animals without it looking like the exhibits have fleas. <_<

I do have one request for them though... (the first of many. I'm a greedy little hedgehog).... I want stunning... free-range.... PEACOCKS!!!!!!!!!! (hopefully with a cheat that will cause them to attack guests!!!!!!! :sneaky:  )
