The shelters in the game are programmed that they can only be used by certain animals. So even if you program an animal to use a certain shelter it won't, because the shelter isn't programmed to let it.
With this hack all animals ( original OR user made ) will be able to actually use all shelters. E.g. you could use a burrow for the elephants and they will actually go inside . Of course they will complain that they don't like the shelter but that will NOT have any affect on the exhibit suitability. I haven't tested the affect on animal happiness though.
To top that all shelters are now placeable in water ....
Very useful for penguins and polar bears, or user made animals like Devona's aqua seals. .

this hack is a .ztd file, simply place it in your updates folder for it to work

This is an older version of the hack, which does not include MM shelters. Zoo Admin has an updated version which does include them.
