With this file does it take care of the conflicts they had with other user items? Thank you ahead of time

The current version only includes the dll files that do not conflict with anything. There is a list of included dll files in the download topic. I did this because I was more concerned about the dll limit. I would like to now change the downloads that have conflicts and the dll files that were made from lang0 (since that approach also causes problems), then add those changed message numbers to the combined dll file. But that has not been done yet.
