when I start zoo tycoon 2 it goes through the intro movie and everything without any problems. when it gets to the main menu, all it constits of is a small rectangle surronded by a green screen. It has words, which aren't readable. If i can get to a campaign game by random clicking, then once in game, if I put the cursor over a selection in the scenery, build, acoption, etc. box, a green rectangle appears in the middle of the screen until i move the cursor off the selection. Please help.

Welcome to the Lounge!

I don't have Zoo Tycoon 2. So I can't give you a specific answer. But based on posts at many sites, it seems that the most common problems involve incompatible graphics (display) drivers. You might want to check the readme that came with Zoo Tycoon 2 to see if it mentions anything about your graphics driver. You should also check the web site for your graphics driver to see if there is a newer version. And you can check the Microsoft Zoo Tycoon 2 web site to see if there is information concerning your graphics driver or that problem. If you can't resolve the problem via the above, you can also post the problem at the Microsoft Game Support web site.

Good luck!

How much ram do you have and what graphics card do you have? Both these items cause issues for some.

There is some graphics card info at http://www.zoo-tek.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=3513

also try http://zoo.ogresnet.com/forums/index.php?act=SC&c=10

Both these sites have good information that may help you solve your problem

Good luck
