Hey guys. If you have any questions you can ask them here.
Example: Q=Who is the giant who gave birth to the world (norse mythology)? A=Ymir. So manly you can ask me questions about:
A=Greek
B=Norse
C=Egyption (not too many-I'm not so good in this section)
So now let's go.

Loki is the norse god of misheif (I spelled that wrong.). If he get's in trouble he always manages to get out of trouble

u dont know any of his stories like how odion ended up with the 8 leged horse or anything like that?

I do know some. Here's the story about how Odin got that 8 legged horse:

After Kvasir had been created a stranger came to Asgard. He asked if he could rebuild the walls of gold around Asgard for a price: "If I rebuild the walls you must give me the goddess Freya and the sun." said the stranger. "You can only get those things if you complete the task in 1 month." said Odin. "Only under the condition if I can have my horse, Svadifa (or something like that.)." said the stranger. "Ok." said Odin. For the next 27 days he worked very hard. He had been almost finished. The gods worried about this. They sent Loki to slow the work down. The reason the stranger had asked to have Svadifa is to guide himself to the source of gold. That night Loki rode out to distract the stanger. When Svadifa saw him he ran after him. Next day the stranger got barly any work done. Loki returned with the 8 legged horse, the ofspring of Svadifa. Also the gods got to keep Freya and the sun.

Apep was a dragon I believe, but that depends on what you call a dragon

Along with Apep you could consider a Wadjet a dragon (if you consider a cobra with wings a dragon).

"Legends of Babylon and Egypt in Relation to Hebrew Tradition", 1920 by Leonard W. King (Assistant Keeper of Egyptian and Assyrian Antiquities in the British Museum and Professor in the University of London) gave elaborate descriptions of the "Dragon Myth" in Babylon. In one part, there is a note: "But Egypt's Dragon /motif/ was even more prolific". Unfortunately it does not give a description of Egypt's dragon nor dragon tales from Egypt. I get the impression that Egypt's dragon was of the serpent variety rather than with legs.

I'm not very good in Egyptian mythology,
but I know quite much stuff about Greek and Norse mythology.
But I know a REALLY lot about tales from the middle ages and West-European folklore.

I've always found this a useful reference site: THE ENCYCLOPEDIA MYTHIC

It divides the type of mythology by continient to make finding info a little easier... and it also includes a beastiary.

I've done some reading on Egyptian mythology.... but I don't know a lot details. I'm interested in creation myths, and the Eyyptain one has some unque elements to it. I've also started read Norse mythology recently.... thanks to the time a spent at Wally's site - I realized that i had never had much exposure to it.
