I alredy made it smaller but, how can I get rid of all that white space?

The White Space? Like the Rectangle withing the Picture's whiteness, I think I know what you mean. Im nto 100% sure, I think it has something to do with codes. Or Maybe On photo Shop, People will no around here. Although im not intierly sure what you mean. Im sorry Im no help mate.

The white thing surrounding(spelling?) the celebi image around.

the celibi image has a white background to it
and I'm guessing that Okapi is using a skin with a dark background like Elephant
the simplest way to not see the white is to view it on a white skin such as the tiger skin (which I reckon a few people are because they can't SEE the white)
you can change your skin by selecting My Controls and then Skins and Languages
option two is the slightly trickier one
save the image to your computer
using an image editor (Photoshop, Photo Express, Gimp or whatever you have) cut around the image and totaly remove the background
then save it as a .GIF file
upload it to a free web host (Photobucket etc.)
and Bob's your uncle
I did this one quickly (hence the rough edges) so you can see the end result:
