I was just curious what kind of books that everyone reads?
Right now I'm reading Steven Kings "Geralds Game".

I also like Patricia Cornwell.

I don't drift from authors but I'm willing to try something new. Just post what book you're reading and what's so interesting about the author?

Thanks in advanced.

I'm currently reading the Wheel of Time series. 11 books so far in the series. At number 5. It's more in depth than LOTR. I recommend it for fantasy readers.

I'm reading Hind's Feet on High Places by Hannah Hurnard. If you want to know what's so interesting about the author, she was a missionary in Palestine when she had the inspiration to write the book (I don't know if she was there when she wrote it or not, it is a pretty good book though).

I usually read horror, sci-fi, fantasy and the occasional Clancyor Grisham.

I've been working my way through Alistar MacLean's stuff, he's the guy who wrote Guns of Navaronne and Ice Station Zebra and Where Eagles Dare - they're not too bad, slightly clunky dialogue but a reasonable read.

I've been breaking that up with some classic Doc Savage novels - I love pulp fiction stories.

and I took a break saturday to demolish the new Harry Potter...500 pages of not much happening and then in the last hundred it's "WOAH!" - worth a read.

WOW! Only 600 pages, that'll be easy!
I'm currently on the 7th book of The Wheel of Time, it's an excelent read, a little boring at parts, but over all, it was exquisite!
After I finish the Wheel of Time Series, I plan to go to the Symphony of Ages or Memmory, Sorrow and Thorn...

Right now I'm reading Colleen McCullough's 4th book of her 5 books long Masters of Rome serie. It's a serie about the turbulent first century B.C. of the Roman Empire. I highly recomend it for the history lovers among us.

the 4th book is called Caesar's Women.

A fact is a simple statement that everyone believes. It is innocent, unless found guilty. A hypothesis is a novel suggestion that no one wants to believe. It is guilty, until found effective.
