Yah, I noticed the same thing, Okapi. I built this multi-lake exhibit today, and the zookeeper did actually *swim* at one point, but it wasn't very far. He kept trying to take the hrad, long way around to the next exhibit instead of go back to the gate. I don't know what's up with these guys. :?

I dunno. My tigers never tried to get out of their natural barrier exhibits. Dunno why M$ would tout natural barriers if they didn't work all the way around critter wise. Hehe, Ihad gates aligned with water sections too, and my zookeeper just sat on a nearby bench and complained because the ditch I ...

I assign my zookeepers to specific exhibits, and they're pretty good about stayin' nearby. Dunno if that helps any, but it works for me at least. My zookeepers always complain with my bird exhibits (esp. flamingos and penguins) b/c they don't like to cross water or something to get to the critters o...

The Omaha Zoo's Wildlife Park ((outside of the SAC museum area)) has a pack of gray wolves. The last time I was there, they had about 2 acres to run free in and a lot of vegitation. I saw glimpses of them, but didn't see one up close and personal. The Omaha Zoo also has Red of Mexican wolves ((I don...

I agree with ya 100% Sheila! The Omaha Zoo is so cool; they are always updating and researching. Currently, they have a gorilla valley project that will open sometime this year--April I think. It'll have 2 acres for a smallish group of gorillas to play in. They've coined it a place where the gorilla...

Yeah, JPOG is really neat. The imagery is excellent, as well as the behavior of the dinosaurs. There's a bit of clipping, but it makes up for it in missions and such.

I'll probably buy it, but only after it has been out for a bit. I tend to have little money and normally its sold out in these parts within the first day or two. I like the 3-d look, to a degree, and I think it will be interesting to play.
