London Zoo was in the same situation a few years ago.Now things couldn't be better.I would urge all those who support conservation work to contribute whatever they can.If you support the good zoos they will pull thru!

You should visit the Zoo Tek Nature Encyclopedia,Sheila,I have every dog breed recognized by the Kennel Club of Great Britain listed there!

They're quite easily obtainable over here;a friend offered me a pair for £300 (I'm not sure what that is in dollars!) but I had to say no as you need a special license in the GB to keep them.

Plus I have enough animals at the moment!

BUT

It's not a ratite,it's a gruid.
